We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the app. Your continued use of Pawsport after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use Pawsport, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to use Pawsport in a lawful and responsible manner. You may not:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or interact with the app
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful material
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality or infrastructure
• Use the app to promote or sell products or services without our prior written consent

Pawsport's AI features, including the AI Vet Chat and Symptom Checker, are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

AI-generated responses are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are generated by artificial intelligence models and may not always be accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific situation.

Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical concerns about your pet. In case of an emergency, contact your nearest emergency veterinary clinic immediately. Never delay seeking professional veterinary care based on information provided by Pawsport's AI features.

Pawsport provides tools to help you track and manage your dog's health information, including vaccinations, medications, weight, nutrition, and activity data. This information is for personal record-keeping and convenience only.

Pawsport is not a medical records system and does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of health data entered by users. Exercise recommendations, nutrition insights, and health alerts generated by the app are general guidance and should not replace professional veterinary advice. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the health data you enter and for making informed decisions about your pet's care.

You retain ownership of all content you create and share on Pawsport, including posts, photos, reviews, journal entries, and messages ("User Content").

By posting User Content, you grant Pawsport a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the app and for promotional purposes related to Pawsport. You may delete your content at any time, which will terminate this license for that content (subject to reasonable caching and backup periods).

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you post, and that your content does not infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

Pawsport is a community built around a shared love for dogs. We expect all users to:

• Treat other users and their pets with respect and kindness
• Share honest and helpful reviews of businesses and services
• Keep conversations constructive and supportive in forums and groups
• Report any content that violates these guidelines or is harmful to the community
• Respect the privacy of other users and their pets
• Promote responsible pet ownership and animal welfare

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines at our sole discretion.

The Pawsport app, including its design, logos, graphics, features, and underlying code, is the property of Pawsport Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Pawsport app or any of its content without our prior written consent. The Pawsport name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Pawsport Inc.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawsport Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the app.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from: reliance on AI-generated health information, loss of data, interruption of service, interactions with other users or businesses found through the app, or any decisions made based on information provided by Pawsport.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of Pawsport shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the community.

Upon termination, your right to use Pawsport will immediately cease. You may request an export of your data before account deletion. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Governing Law) will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Pawsport shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections to venue.
